Jonas kwam in 2012 bij GROHE. Hij leidde verschillende verkoopregio's voordat hij opklom tot Chief Sales Officer. Sinds 2020 is Jonas Leader LIXIL EMENA. In deze rol is hij verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële aspecten van het merk GROHE in EMENA. Voor zijn carrière bij LIXIL EMENA bekleedde hij tal van managementfuncties bij grote merken, waaronder Mars, Ecolab, Goodyear Dunlop en Dorman.
