Thomas Fuhr joined GROHE in 2013 as Executive Director Operations, before he took over the role as Co-CEO in 2019. Since 2020 he acts as leader for all LIXIL Fittings plants and is responsible for R&D, production and supply chain for the fittings segment worldwide, including the GROHE brand. With his commitment to sustainability, he has developed GROHE into one of the most sustainable brands in the sanitary industry. Before this he gained 20 years of experience in various management positions at Mercedes-Benz.
Dr. Christine Lemaitre
CEO of the German Sustainable Building Council
Dr. Christine Lemaitre studied structural engineering at the University of Stuttgart and worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Stuttgart and project manager at Bilfinger Berger AG. In 2009 she took on the role as director certification system of the DGNB, whose CEO she is since 2010. She is a member of the Advisory Council for Baukultur of the State of Baden-Württemberg, the Sustainability Board of the German Property Federation (ZIA) and the Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute.

Until 1996 studies at the University of Stuttgart and University of Tucson. 2009 PhD on sustainable building. With Drees & Sommer since 1996 in the field of energy design/environmentally friendly construction, since 2012 partner for sustainability and innovation. With EPEA GmbH – Part of Drees & Sommer consulting according to the C2C design concept on products and buildings for the circular economy.
