Czech Republic: Brno’s prestigious polytechnic addresses skills shortage
At the Secondary Polytechnic School in Brno, Jílová, the first educational classroom GROHE in the Czech Republic was opened for its students on 23.9.2021. The school is one of the most prestigious schools in the field, considering the quality of education and professional pedagogical workers as well as technical equipment and student facilities. Future plumbers will have an opportunity to get to know the latest products and GROHE technologies and to try to use them in practise. The students can use the classroom to examine the functions of bathroom taps, installation systems and other exceptional products in practise. There will also be the support of professionals and a wide portfolio of educational materials available.
That way, they will gain the knowledge of the latest technologies and innovations in the sanitation industry. That will ensure that before they even start their career of professional plumbers, they will be perfectly able to install and service the constantly growing range of GROHE products.
Considering the shortage of qualified plumbers in the sanitation industry, it is now more important than before to offer an attractive educational programme, which would help young people gain required knowledge and improve their chances of future employment.
