For example, if an installer encounters an old or unidentified faucet at a customer’s home, they can simply take a picture using the app. The AI will help clarify the product ID and instantly provide access to the right spare parts and relevant information. This innovative tool will be available for Android and iOS after ISH, ensuring professional partners have cutting-edge technology at their fingertips.
