Architect Nico Rensch has set out to make an eco-home that can be bought off-the-shelf to his exacting recipe. Wunderhaus, the UK's first energy-positive modular home, is a barn type structure that is insulated to Passivhaus standards and is so efficient that it sells power back to the electricity grid.
